Every blend tells a story.
At Debris Hills, we don't make standard beers. Our blends are the result of patience, experimentation, and terroir. We always start with lambic from the Zenne Valley, which comes to life in small batches in the Kempen region.
Sometimes we work purely and modestly, sometimes provocatively and rebelliously. We blend with local fruit, herbs from nature, or barrels that previously held wine or cider. Each bottle is a unique encounter between tradition and inspiration.
