How it began

Debris Hills was born out of curiosity and passion for lambic. The magic of spontaneous fermentation in the Zenne Valley fascinated us, but we wanted to link that tradition to a new landscape: the Kempen. A region that may not be known for lambic, but which is bursting with character, raw materials, and inspiration.

Our vision

We see lambic as a living canvas. Not a beer set in stone, but a story that can be rewritten time and time again. By blending, we bring worlds together: the heritage of the Senne Valley with the uniqueness of the Kempen. Local fruits, herbs, and woods play a leading role, but we don't shy away from the unexpected—sometimes an idea comes from far away, but always with respect for the basics.

Today & tomorrow

Each blend is a snapshot, a reflection of time and place. We work on a small scale, in limited editions, because real flavor requires patience and attention. Our dream is to put the Kempen on the map as a terroir for lambic, while inspiring curious beer geeks and enthusiasts worldwide.

Debris Hills is not a destination, but a journey. And every bottle we share is an invitation to taste that adventure.
